I am blessed by the man upstairs and have been given the great opportunity to travel. From my travels, Marcos and Jeisha have been the most kind hearted staff/hosts I have ever met. I feel honored to have met them and call the beautiful Villlas Kalei home in Costa Rica.
Each room is amazing, clean and well taken care of. The Villas are absolutely wonderful with plenty of room, nice showers and enjoy the outdoor chairs for UNO game night. The whole property is secluded and relaxing with the sounds of animal life echoing just at the right moments :) Villas Kalei is just a short 2 min drive or short walk to the great town of Playa Grande. Playa Grande is the perfect little beach town. It’s laid back, has kind people, good food and big waves. My wife and I are sad to go back to cold Idaho but we are extremely thankful we got to stay at Villas Kalei and look forward to bringing our future kids to this wonderful place. Pura Vida!!

We stayed in a luxurious villa nestled among thoughtfully designed landscape. You'll feel like you're embraced by nature while simultaneously relaxing in air-conditioned comfort. Jeisha and Marcos are friendly and accommodating hosts. It was fun to talk with them and get to know them a bit during our stay. The shared kitchen is a nice touch, providing space to prepare our own meals and visit with other guests. The pool was perfect to relax in the evening after a day of beach or other excursions. The beach and plenty of great restaurants are within easy walking distance. I highly recommend Villas Kalei!

A sweet communal kitchen and pool area are wonderful touches. Every element is executed to a beautiful standard. And the gorgeous individual bungalows with poured concrete floors and teak counters with walls of glass that let the outside in. The outside in this case is lush landscaping (and a lovely outdoor shower).
